- NSN 1680-00-499-0038, PR 0019670670, SPM4A7-08-R-1780. This item is a Screwshaft Assembly. The item description cites Linear Motion, LLC, Cage: 0A335, P/N 895151. Configuration Control Applies. This is not a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract (FFP) for a quantity of 28 each. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 457 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS. This is solicited as Unrestricted, using Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation will issue on September 29, 2008. The closing date is October 29, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
