- The Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton OH, 45428-9000, intends to sole source the Installation, Clinical Configuration & Implementation, and Emergin Alarm system for the Philips Telebeds Monitoring System.to Philips Medical Systems CMS, 3000 Minuteman Road, MS 0400, Andover, MA, 01810. A description of the value added services is as follows: Implementation of 16 channels of Philips 1.4Ghz telemetry, 2 remote central station implementations, and upgrading of the 2 Philips clinical networks. The Emergin alarm system consists of providing HW/SW upgrade and implementation services for the Emergin system to work with the Rev K.0 Philips Medical clinical networkThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450, Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, Small Business Size Standard is 100 Employees. This announcement of the intent to sole source is NOT a request for proposals, quotes, or bids. No formal solicitation document will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice via email to the POC. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely in the discretion of the Government. All responses must be email to Aprile.Horne@med.va.gov, by COB, September 22, 2008 at 4:00 PM ET. If no responses are received by this date, a sole source, fixed price contract with Philips Medical Systems CMS will be awarded.
