- Avaition Obstruction Markers-Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii, Fort Shafter, intends to award, on a sole source basis, to Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc.. for procurement of services to procure and install four(4) markers balls to be mounted on Hawaiian Electric Company utility lines and one (1) flashing pole light to be mounted on the Hawaiian Electric Company owned pole at Kahuku Training Area, Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii. The contractor is responsible to acquire all permits, licences and other document as required by the Federal, State and Local government necessary for the work. Note: Hawaiian Electric Company is the sole regulated electrical provider on Oahu and owner of the transmission lines and poles that work will performed. THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE A FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) CONTRACT ONE TIME CONTRACT.
