- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation has been issued. Solicitation W912JB-08-T-9019 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519 and the size standard is $23,000,000.00. This is a firm fixed price type contract for: IDS5 System as described in the written solicitation. This requirement is a sole source requirement based on an unsolicited proposal to evaluate the system and components. This is not a solicitation to create a new software system or hardware. This is not a non-developmental software Request for Quote. All information relating to this solicitation, including changes, amendments, questions and answers, will be posted on the following website: www.nationalguardcontracting.org. Formal communications such as a request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing or via e-mail to dwight.henley@micrtc.ang.af.mil. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted to the National Guard Contracting website. They will be contained in the plans section in a document titled Questions and Answers. Offerors are requested to submit questions not later than 11:00 A.M. 26 September 2008. NO PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
