- Contracting Office: Army Contracting Agency, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, 5200 Army Pentagon, Room 1C256, Washington, DC 20310-5200 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be separately issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-08-R-0113 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Contract Specialist is Barbara Hawthorne, email: barbara.hawthorne@hqda.army.mil. The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the Morale Recreation Welfare U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Family Programs Branch Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Respite Care Services is issuing this procurement as a 100% Small Businesses Set-a-Side, with the NAICS code 624190. The Period of Performance is for one (1) base year period with four (4) option years period. Responses shall be in accordance with the RFP W91WAW-08-R-0113, and the Performance Work Statement and standards within the solicitation. A written RFP will be posted for download on the Fedbizops web site and CCE Homepage at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp. Responses to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation must be signed, dated, and received no later than 22 September 2008 @ 10:00 a.m. eastern standard time, at the Contracting Center of Excellence, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-5200. Responses should be marked with the solicitation number and addressed to Barbara Hawthorne, Contract Specialist. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 1-800-334-3414 or register on line at http://www.CCR.gov No information or questions concerning this RFP or request for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. Formal communications such as requests for clarification, information or questions concerning this RFP shall be submitted in writing, by 17 September 2008 @ 09:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to Barbara.Hawthorne@hqda.army.mil.
