- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H3A28109A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. The NAICS Code is 334515 and the NAICS size standard is 500 employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: Ford Vehicle Maintenance System. 16R9538 Fleet IDS Advance Package: 1 EA. Package Includes: 164R9505 VCM Vehicle Communication Module IDS Program, 1 EA; 164R9509 Panasonic Toughbook Laptop Computer IDS Program CF19, 1 EA; DVDDRIVE External DVD Drive, 1 EA; VCMDVD VCM Vehicle Communication Module DVD, 1 EA; 164R9537 16 Pin Injector Flow Test Harness, 1 EA; USBEXTENSION USB Extension for VCM, 1 EA; USBEXTESNSION USB Extension for VCM, 1 EA. All quotes should be received NLT Tuessday, 16 September 2008, at 3:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to james.wages@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Tuesday, 16 September 2008, at 3:00 pm (cst) will make a offeror ineligible for award.
