- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Vendor - Allen Organ; Product - QL-120; Quantity = 1. Essential characteristics: AGO Console, Style AKT with console veining. Renaissance Quantum advanced DSP tone generation technology. 8 tunings. Classical/Full tremulants. Note-by-note voicing capabilities. Sound Matrix technology enabling exhange of alternate voices from CD-ROM. Acoustic Portrait large room sound ambience recreation ability. Rocker stop tablets. 8-memory user-adjustable Capture Action, 5 General pistons, 4 local pistons for each manual division with Set, Cancel, and Recall. Toe Studs. Divided Expression (GT-PD, SW). Keyboards individually adjustable & felted keys with sealed reed-switch keying. Lift-lid bench wih storage area. Lighted music rack with pedalboard lamp. Advanced MIDI capabilities compatible with General, XG, and GS MIDI. Console Controller with 12-key Transposer. Rodent proofing. 2 channel audio, 120 watts RMS. Speaker cabinets; Quantity = 4. 10 year limited warranty. Items are to be shipped directly to Fort Detrick in Maryland. This announcement constitutes the solicitation W81XWH-08-T-0476 by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3931 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310, Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7710:.
