- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the GriffComm Inc. The intended order will provide for a quantity of 1 BluCom Audio Tracking System, 1 BlueCom LINK HiFi Store and Forward, and 1 Remote Control with GSM Module. GriffComm is the sole distributor to Law Enforcement agencies in the United States of WireOnAir BlueCom Surveillance Systems. As a result GriffComm, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary Bluetooth Audio Surveillance System.
