- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract consisting of one-year base period, plus two pre-priced two year options. For this requirement, the contractor shall provide, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation a contract manager, and other items and services necessary to perform Aircraft Corrosion Control Services for Muiz Air National Guard Base C-130 fleet. Contractor will perform: aircraft interior and exterior washing, and lubrication. The forth solicitation will include an appendix detailing what facilities, utilities and equipment the Government will provide. The successful contractor will be required to obtain a facility clearance at the SECRETE level and be able to obtain individual security clearances at the SECRETE level for a specified number of employees. Services are to provide at the Maintances Squadron. The NAICS codes are 561720, 488190 with a corresponding small business size standard (not to exceed) $14,000.00. Referenced services be set-aside for small business. Evaluation for award will be price (70%), Past Performance (30%). Issuance of the solicitation will be on or about 25 Sep 08and will close on or about 25 Oct 08. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Estimated price range is between $100,00 and $250,000. per year.
