- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division intends to issue a purchase order to Bitmicro Networks, Inc. 47929 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, CA. 94538-0000 on a sole sources basis for acquisition of 8 each E-disks P/N D2A066B 001024 E1N. This requirement is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reasons: These E-Disks will go into inventory as Pack Up Kit spares for use in the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC). Bitmicro is the original equipment manufacturer of the e-disks used in the LCAC Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Navigation (C4N) systems; (2) As these are replacement disks there must be 100% pin to pin and operational compatibility with the existing disks. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N61331-08-T-6011. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.
