- United States Government General Services Administration OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE REQUIRED, Durango, Colorado. The Federal Government has a requirement to lease aprpoximately 500 usable square feet of office space in Durango, Colorado for a lease term of ten (10) years firm, commening October 1, 2009. The new facility will be situated in the following delineated area: City limits of Durango, Bodo Park, Tech Center, River Gate and Trhee Springs/Grandview, Colorado. The Lease shall include on-site reserved parking for two (2) official vehicles, with the capability to provide an additional one (1) parking space over the lease term. Public transportation and parking must be within three (3) blocks of the building. All space shall be contiguous, second floor or higher. The building must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements and must not lie within the 100 year flood plain. Additionally, the building shall be subject to any and all building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply.
