- This is a synopsis of a requirement for dockside repair. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number HSCG80-09-Q-3FA013. 100% Set-A-Side for Small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to perform the following for USCGC OCRACOKE (WPB-1307) Welding Repairs-Freeboard crack Repair; Welding repairs-Armory Crack repair; Clean and Inspect Fuel Stowage and Overflow Tanks (includes disposal); Clean and Inspect Fuel Service Tanks (includes disposal); Renew Quick-Acting Watertight Hatch; Renew Quick-Acting Doors; Renew Ventilation Ducting; Preserve Bilge Surfaces in Various Locations; Reseal Cosmetic Polymeric Deck Covering Systems; remove Insulation and Preserve Bulkhead; and Renew Galley Reefer & Freezer Doors. All work will be performed at the homeport in ST. Petersburg, FL. Performance period of Twenty-One (21) days, beginning date is November 24, 2008. The RFQ package and Specifications will be available electronically on or about September 18, 2008. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government.
