Description

The General Services Administration is seeking proposals for painting work at the US Federal Building and Courthouse in Harrisburg, PA. This project is expected to cost between $25,000.00 and 35,000.00. This Project is to repaint the previously painted public surfaces on two Floors of the US Federal Building and Courthouse in Harrisburg, PA. The public spaces include but are not limited to: Hallways, rest rooms, phone booths, alcoves and includes: Ceilings, ceiling transitions, doors, frames and walls. The project scope of work includes: repair and prepare surfaces for paint, paint walls, drywall or plaster ceilings, ceiling transitions, ceiling arches, previously painted doors and frames, elevator doors and frames, fire extinguisher door frames and replace vinyl cove base. Use rubber cove base with molded rubber outside corners in the public hallways for this project. The 3rd and 8th floor hallway walls are to be painted with a Multispec, Polomyx or equivalent seamless wall covering; selection to be determined.
