- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number is W912HQ-08- T-0038 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is a 100 percent set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 611519 and small business size standard is $6.5M. Line Item 0001 Lab Volt 3530 Modular Process Control Trainer (or equivalent). Covers pressure, level, and flow and includes Foxboro 762 industrial controller. Contractor shall include shipping cost in the quote. Shipping destination is as follows: 7710 Telegraph RD, BLDG 2582, Alexandria, VA 22315. Delivery shall be 60 days After Date of Contract (ADC). Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and at Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
