- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with PACER, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is available from and operated by Federal Judiciary (U.S. Administrative Office of the Courts) and is the only known source that can provide these services (and at a very low cost) making this service teh best value to the Government. This service enables NLRB legal staff to access electronic database to obtain complete, current and accurate case adn docket information from Federal Supreme, Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and the U.S. Party/Case Index, for legal and adjudication purposes. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of satisfying NLRB's requirements may submit a written capabilities statement, which will be considered for furture requirements. A determination not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
