- The National Labor Relations Board must receive online access via the Internet to a legal and news/business database that provides coverage of major newspapers, minor newspapers, and major and minor magazine from an aggregator of news and business sources. The service must include blogs, wire services, and news transcripts. The database will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. It shall include training options such as webinars and telephone assistance. The service shall be accessible only to NLRB librarians. LexisNexis' coverage of news, business and legal information is a backup to news and legal resources unavailable on Westlaw. Access will be controlled by passwords. The period of performance will be October 1, 2008 – September 30, 2009
