- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to award a sole source order for newspaper advertisements to the Great Fall Tribune of Great Falls, MT under the authorityof FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302.1. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. Notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST for competitive proposals. The U.S. Border Patrol's Havre Sector requires newspaper job announcenment advertising for the US Congress' mandated hiring of additional Border Patrol agents. THe Great Falls Tribune is the only newspaper in the northern and central area of Montana that covers the Havre Sector's area of responsibility for recruiting. This acquisition is being procured under FAR part 13 and will result in the issuance of one (1) purchase order for recruiting advertisements in the Great Fall and Havre, Mt areas.
