- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Air Force Association, Air Force Magazine, 1501 Lee Highway, Ste 400, Arlington, VA 22209-1109 to furnish all tools, labor, supplies and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: Air Force Magazine Subscription, Qty: 1023 This solicitation to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified educational materials, they must respond to this notice before 3pm (Central Time) on 19 September 2008. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Air Force Association, Air Force Magazine.
