- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation TGT-33030-09-0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for eight (8) parking spaces for the base period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009; in addition to, one option period from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The Contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that have in-out privileges, self-parking, and are accessible three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The Contractor shall provide twenty-four (24) hour security and will not have access to vehicle keys. The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of 318 Federal Street, Chicago, IL 60604. Award will be made to the Offeror whose offer is lowest priced, technically acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), applies to this acquisition. Offerors are to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), with their offer.
