- BASE BID ITEM: Provide all services and materials necessary to design and build a Multi-Mission Building for Sector Field Office (SFO) Galveston, TX including all associated site work, demolition, utilities, roadways and parking areas in accordance with RFP Specification (Project No. 08-X3808), RFP Drawings (Project No. 08-X3808, Sheets 1-24) and RFP Individual Space Criteria Sheets. OPTIONAL BID ITEM 001: Demolish the existing marine railway as indicated on the RFP Drawings; design and construct the Multi-Mission Building boat bay and associated shop and storage areas. OPTIONAL BID ITEM 003: Design and build the armory on the ground floor of the Multi-Mission Building.OPTIONAL BID ITEM 004: Demolish the ANT building and other temporary structures as indicated on the RFP Drawings.
