- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation TGT-33060-09-0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for four (4) parking spaces for the base period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009; in addition to, one option period from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The Contractor shall provide reserved parking spaces for special agents that have in-out privileges, self-parking, and are accessible three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. These spaces are located within a close proximity of the office allowing for quick and easy access to respond to emergencies and other case-related investigative activities. These spaces ensure availability each day for special agents to quickly enter and exit, when necessary. The Contractor shall not have access to vehicle keys and the parking boundaries required are within close proximity of 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174. Award will be made to the Offeror whose offer is lowest priced, technically acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), applies to this acquisition. Offerors are to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), with their offer.
