- Oral Quotes Notice Requirement This is a notice that Laughlin Air Force Base is seeking oral quotes for rental and servicing of portable toilets IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(2).. Laughlin Air Force Base is seeking oral quotes for the following: CLIN 0001: Provide 1 ea. Portable Toilet Unit for Main Gate from 1 October 08 - 31 December 08. Unit to be placed at Main gate (Facility 00001) entrance to LAFB and placed within an existing fenced enclosure. Unit to be serviced on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.Qty: 3 Months CLIN 0002: Provide 1 ea. Portable Toilet Unit for West Gate from 1 October 08 - 30 September 09. Unit to be placed at West Gate (Facility 7000) entrance to LAFB and placed within an existing fenced enclosure. Unit to be serviced on Mondays and Thursdays. Qty: 12 Months CLIN 0003: Provide additional servicing as required to designated Portable Toilet Unit (s). Servicing required to be accomplished within 24 hours of notification by QAP. Estimated Qty: 6 Each CLIN 0004: Provide 1 ea. Portable Toilet and Hand Washing Sink Combination Unit and place at Gould Gulch (Facility 00600) in support of training exercises. Unit will be required to be placed 1 day prior to the exercise and removed no later than 1 day following the exercise. Unit will be in place one to two days. Servicing frequency of every other day per exercise contingency. Estimated Qty: 24 Each CLIN 0005: Provide 1 ea. Portable Toilet and Hand Washing Sink combination Unit as required providing support of on and off Base emergency situations. Provide service frequency of every other day. Unit will be in place a minimum of one week. Estimated Qty: 8 Each CLIN 0006: Provide service (emptying) to Sewage Holding Tank (1000 gallons) to Temporary Visitors Control Center Facility that will be located near main gate. Provide service from 1 January 09 - 30 September 09. Service frequencies will be twice monthly, on the 15th and 30th of each month. Qty: 9 Months This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 562991 with a small business size standard of $7 million.
