- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia intends to solicit a sole source commercial item based on FAR Part 13.5 for 171 EZ Passes to be used by Navy Recruiting District New York. This sole source action is directed to Metropolitan Transportation Authority Bridge and Tunnel Authority of New York. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00189-08-T-Z157 contemplates a firm fixed price contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The RFQ document incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20051114. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars, respectively. The NAICS Code is 485999. Th! e period of performance will be from 1 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009.
