- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole-source basis to Mid-Atlantic Communications, Inc. 68 Cool Springs Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia, 22405, an order for maintenance on Kenwood products including radios, Orbacom, and trunking systems, for the period of 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. Mid-Atlantic Communications, Inc is the sole distributor for the needed services in the Dahlgren Area and as such exclusively holds the proprietary information necessary to perform maintenance duties. The closing date is 15 September 2008 @ 2:00 p.m. Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FOB Destination shall apply to this acquisition. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
