- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this requirement is F4FBFM8225A003 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the following requirement: CLIN 0001: Thermography System that shall meet or exceed the following requirements: 1) Minimum of a 320x240 detector. 2) Temperature range spanning at least -40° to 1500°C. 3) Thermal sensitivity of 0.08°C or lower at 30°C. 4) Adjustable emissivity. 5) Accuracy of +-2°C or +-2% of reading. 6) Simultaneous visible light image capture. 7) Automatic gain, level, range, and focus. 8) In addition to the standard lens, include a wide angle lens option with a minimum FOV near 3"x2". 9) Removable on board media for still image and video capture and file transfer. 10) Firewire (IEEE 1394) real-time data transfer capability. 11) Software for real-time video data collection and data analysis. 12) In situ oven viewing capability compatible with 200°C. 13) IP54 enclosure protection. 14) Voice annotation for images. 15) LCD display. 16) Operating Conditions: -15° to 50°C (90% RH, non-condensing) 17) Storage Conditions: -40° to 70°C (90% RH, non-condensing) 18) Extended warranty option. 19) Accessories: shippable camera and lens case, spare battery, external charger This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 334516 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
