- AMENDMENT 15 1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposal submittals. The due date for receipt of Question submittals is extended from September 11, 2008 to September 18, 2008, at 12:00 pm EDT. The due date for receipt of proposals is extended from September 16, 2008, at 12:00pm EDT to September 23, 2008m, at 12:00pm EDT. 2. Offers shall raise all deviations, exceptions, and conditional assumptions to the solicitation before it closes in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.. 3. The solicitation is amended in the specific section areas indicated in the “Amendment 15 - Attachment 1 - Administrative Changes” to the Solicitation which is uploaded. PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE OTHER FOUR (4) ATTACHMENTS: Attachment 2 – Questions and Answers Attachment 3 – Revised Pages 14 – 19 of 153 (Section B Tables) Attachment 4 – Revised Exhibit A – Guard Posts Attachment 5 – Revised Exhibit F – Holiday Schedule 4. Revised Sections L & M will be forthcoming for preparation of the proposal and state the evaluation criteria. 5. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING FEDBIZOPPS.GOV DAILY FOR AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL IT CLOSES. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
