- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No, FA7012-08-T-0064. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This is set aside 100% small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 337215, with a business size standard of 500 employees. CONTRACT LINE ITEMS: 0001: Universal Weapons Racks, weapons storage. Capacity 10 ea M4/M16 rifles and 9 ea nine MM pistols. Size 43" wide, 16.25" deep, and 45" high. MFR BY: Spacesaver Systems Inc., P/N UWRM16. QTY: 14 EA, Unit Price _________, Extended Price: _________. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: This is a brand name only product no "or equal products" will be accepted. INSPECTION CONDITIONS AND TERMS: Items shall be priced FOB Destination. Please include any shipping charges. Delivery/Acceptance will be at 11 LRS 361 Thomas Road Bolling AFB DC 20032-0305. Items shall be delivered no later than 30 days after receipt of order. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition are as follow: 52.252-1 http://farsite.hill.af.mil, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 2), and 252.225-7000. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will select the best overall offer based on Price and descriptive literature. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation; will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If additional information is required to support price reasonableness, each offeror may be requested to provide a hard copy of their price break-down. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined unacceptable. FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, a completed copy with its offer. FAR 52.212-3 can be obtained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil or from http://orca.bpn.gov if registered in ORCA (online Representation and Certifications application). An offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at ORCA. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision.
