Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9127Q-08-T-0056 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 238210, Small Business Standard is $13,000,000. This requirement is for the purchase and installation of the following: 22 stationary Pelco IC-90SHV9 cameras, 4 Pan/Tilt/Zoom Pelco SD4B1 cameras, 1 Pan/Tilt/Zoom Perco Spectra IV camera, 6 Room Microphones, 1 each 128 VB39 Baluns, The installation will include the replacement of all old cameras with the new cameras purchased, replacement of cables,cable connectors, re-termination of head-end cables, and cleaning of all system connections. The estimated amount of cable is 6 boxes(1000 ft) of new cable. The installation company must capable of a three(3) hour response time on site for all maintenance issues.
