- Description: Subject to final approval. The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG), intends to issue on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition to Leadership Directories, Inc, 104 5th Ave Fl 3, New York, NY 10011-6901 to obtain the online subscription of Leadership on the Internet and the Federal and Congressional Yellow Book publications. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00PM EST on September 17, 2008. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required online subscription and publications at terms more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements that is more advantageous to the government, we will make a sole source award to Leadership Directories, Inc.
