- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO HENAAC (HISPANIC ENGINEER NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS CONFERENCE) FOR EXHIBIT SPACE IN THE HISPANIC ENGINEER NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AND AWARDS CONFERENCE. The U.S. Mission & Installation Contracting Command (formerly Army Contracting Agency), Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with HENAAC, the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference, 3900 Whiteside Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90063. The contractor shall provide conference participation as an ambassador level sponsor to US Army RDECOM at their 20th anniversary conference in Houston, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611710, and the size standard is $7.0M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, September 16, 2008.
