- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC); Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award an contract for a Database Access Subscription Agreement for the Natural Standard Integrative Medicine Online. This is a sole source procurement. CHCC intends to award to Natural Standard Corporation., under authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Natural Standard Corporation is the only source that can provide subscriptions to the identified database. Award will be made on or about 15 Sep 08. The performance period will be 15 September 2008 through 14 September 2009.
