- The U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command intends to purchase the following as an incidental item under AMCOM Express Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-05-A-0030/Task Order Number 0011 with Morgan Research Corporation, Huntsville, AL: Conical Twin Screw Extruder. This item will be used to develop and fatigue-test a low pressure injection system for molding run-flat insert prototype. The low pressure injection system is accomplished by the conical twin screw extruder product. The conical twin extruder will be used to develop run-flat insert prototypes out of polyurethane to provide an analytical based thermal fatigue/degradation model. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 7 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
