Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6184. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This acquistion is procured as 100% set-aside for small business IAW FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (June 2003). The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430 and the size standard is 500 employees. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of offers (v) The item listing is for PC Blade refresh, Clear Cube Brand. As part of your quote submission you are required to fill out the requirements listing in the item listing as written with no deviation to include unit price and extended price information and include your quote expiration date. (vi) The commercial items requested in this solicitation are for refresh of Blade PC and are being acquired are procured as Brand Name only. Any questions regarding this quote must be submitted by COB 12:00PM MST on 15 Sept 2008. (vii) All items listed shall be priced FOB destination to Peterson AFB, Colorado and the required delivery is 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items.
