Description
0019004773. The end item application is a HELICOPTER, SEA KNIGHT H-46. This solicitation will contain one NSN 1680-00-864-4637, for a Parts, Kit Actuator for a quantity of 454 each. This is a 3R item. The approved source is: MOOG Inc., – Cage: 0ZWK8; P/N 591491-1. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as a unrstricted procurement using other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Delivery is 234 Days ARO; FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a configuration control item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 30, 2008. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
