- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT with The Whitlock Group, Wilmington, NC with proprietary information that will provide secure connectivity to multitude of other parts from various manufacturer incorporated and software to on site integration, system testing and overview and training with the design and built specific and compatibility of matching equipment from GSA a dual 46 inch LCD Tandberg 6000 at Fort Wainwright, AK. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
