- Description
- The 28th Comptroller and Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to award a sole source contract to Quixote Surface System INC., to furnish all tools, labor, supplies and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: 1 Year - Online Service Agreement. CLIN 0002: 1 Year - SSI Service Maintenance Agreement. CLIN 0003: 1 Oct 2008 through 30 Apr 2009 - Weather Data Forecasting. This solicitation is to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified materials, they must respond to this notice before 4:00 pm MST on 12 September 2008. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Quixote Surface System INC.
