- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing wood lockers and accessories for the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, RI. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00189-08-T-G122. The NAICS code is 337215 - Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, and the small business standard is 500 employees. This is a total small business competitive action. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the contract specialist via e-mail or fax ONLY. This Request for Quote (RFQ) incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR ! and DFARS. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
