- NSN: 4820-01-478-6974 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order. Manufacturer: CIRCOR AEROSPACE, INC. (66573) P/N: 2337-1415-P4-5 OR PACIFIC CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES LLC. (75906) P/N: 581984-001 Value of award is not to exceed total value of $100,000.00. Delivery schedule up to 75 ea in 150 days or better. Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination, FOB Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 11 Sept 2008. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one time at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years or until the aggregate value of the purchase orders totals $100,000.00. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: CIRCOR AEROSPACE, INC. (66573) OR PACIFIC CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES LLC. (75906). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments Solicited: FROM: 10TO: 25 FROM: 26TO: 50 FROM: 51TO: 75 *** Please note when submitting quote to provide quotes for ranges above. Solicitation originally had overlapping quantity ranges. The third range should be 51 to 75. Request Delivery has also been changed to 75 in 150 days or better.
