- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside. Proposals will be evaluated using a best value determination with management capabilities, technical and price of equal value and combined they are significantly more important than past performance. Proposal shall be electronically submitted by the established closing date/time to the points of contacts listed in this notification. Please do not send hard copies. The contents of the proposal shall include (1) Management Capabilities to include qualifications as a CERTIFIED AUDIO/VISUAL SERVICE PROVIDER; CERTIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL; AND CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP; (2) Technical Proposal; and (3) a cost proposal outlined in the structure of the RFP. The resulting contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract. However the offeror may offer an alternative cost structure such as time and materials. PLEASE NOTE: TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
