Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to award a Fixed-Price Sole Source purchase order to SourceOECD from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for online access to their electronic journals, books and statistics. OECD the sole publisher of copyrighted electronic collection. The Period of Performance for the effort is 12 months from date of award. This notice is prepared under the authority of FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990. Sources that believe they have the capability under this requirement must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities which demonstrate an ability to meet the NRC’s needs and documentation granting authority to furnish this resource. Detailed capabilities must be submitted via email at Betty.Freeman@nrc.gov no later than 7 days from date of this announcement appearing in the Federal Business Opportunities. Telephone responses and responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will not be considered.
