- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordancewith the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitationwill not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Defense FederalAcquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080812. This solicitation incorporates byreference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 334111. Thisrequirement is for ITT Visual Information Solutions. products. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Wright-Patterson Air Force Base intends to award to Datasphere LLC, 21003 NE 229th Circle, Battle Ground WA 98604-4909, in contemplation of an approved sole source. Prices shall be provided for the following CLINs listed below: CM Central/Rose & Thorn FY08 Maintenance and Technical Support, includes off-site technical support and two on-site visits. Ship to: ATTN: B. Lammers, NASIC/SCXA, 4180 Watson way, Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433-5648, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The offeror is requested to provide Technical Capability, Price Proposal and Past Performance Information. The evaluation criteria is described below in descending order of importance. All non-price factors when combined are significantly more important than price. 1. Technical Capability2. Price3.
