This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. Solicitation Number SB134108RP06798(B) is issued as a request for proposals (see copy of solicitation which is an attachment to this notice). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541620 with a size standard of $7.0 million. THIS REQUIREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items- as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Note: Closing date for proposals is September 15, 2008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. It is incumbent upon prospective offerors to monitor www.fbo.gov for any potential amendments to this RFQ.
