- This is a presolicitation notice. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price service type contract to be solicited on a 100% small business set aside basis for Everett, WA protestant religious education director services in support of CNRNW Religious Ministries. Complete information will be included in the solicitation. The period of performance is approximately 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 for the base year, with two one-year option periods. The commercial solicitation, N00406-08-T-1181, will be issued on or about 09/12/2008 with a closing date of on or about 09/18/2008. Proposed contract to be procured using commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: www.neco.navy.mil. Search for the solicitation number with no dashes to locate the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for do! wnloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
