- The Joint Contracting Command -Iraq, Mission Support Division intends to solicit, negotiate and award a requirement for monitoring services of contractor provided Closed Circuit Television system at FOB Shield, Iraq. The NAICS code is 561621. The Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 million. The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary in connection with providing the CCTV system, maintenance, and 24hr 7days per week monitoring services. The anticipated contract performance period will be 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, with three (3) one year option periods, if exercised. This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition. The proposed solicitation number is W91GY0-08-R-0080. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 28 August 2008, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Submit all questions electronically, NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Iraqi firms will NOT be considered for this requirement. Due to the secure nature of this requirement, Iraqis will not be allowed to participate in the site-visit or be employed for this requirement.
