- 09 September 2008- Solicitation issued SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a contract to the manufacturer orresellers of the Cellebrite ruggedized Universal Forensic Extraction Device(UFED), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for thirty-five (35) UFED devices. Thesole manufacturer is Cellebrite, USA, 795 Franklin Avenue, Suite 105, FranklinLakes NJ, 07417. Cellebrite, USA is the sole manufacturer of equipment andhas proprietary rights. A Commercial, indefinite delivery, in definitequantity,Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the size standardis 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals.
