- FISCN, Phila. intends to purchase Enterprise Software Licenses on a sole source basis from Eracent, Inc. of Ottsville, PA. Eracent is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FISCN, Phila. within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attn. of FISC Code 0270.2SP. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334119.
