- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for ArcSight FastStart Bundle, ArcSight ESM Appliance, Connector Appliance and Premium Support (Sole Source). Shall meet the current environment and configuration of the Information Management Office located in the Program Executive office, Aviation. Shall eliminate software, equipment and support bundle multi vendor communications problems, security issues and duplication of hardware images required. Shall meet time sensitive servicing, compatibility with peripherals when Information Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA) is deployed and imaging of new and relocated equipment. Shall provide multifunctional uses within the organization which currently support civilians, and ware fighters. Shall meet current Army Guidance in which the current Information Technology Structure is designed.
