- This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The appropriate NAICS code is 423430. The corresponding small business size standard is 100 employees. The Defense Logistics Agency, Contract Services Office-Battle Creek has a requirement for the following two items of information technology hardware: Item 0001: ADC Campus RS SDSL-RATE SEL Modem, Mfg. P/N is ADU-CARS-51; Quantity 20 each Item 0002: ADC ETH MOD-REX-RS, Mfg P/N is ADU-CAREX2; Quantity is 20 each Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. Points are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of a signed order. Forward a copy of your standard commercial warranty concurrently with your quotation. The Government is soliciting new equipment. A quotation for reconditioned or remanufactured equipment, as defined in FAR 11.001, is unacceptable and will be rejected. There is no equipment for trade-in or exchange. The required FAR 6.302-1(c) brand-name justification for other than full and open competition is included in this FEDBIZOPS announcement.
