- Access to continuing legal education (CLE) programs on the internet; Offer over 8,000 programs and virtual library of 22,000 hours of CLE content. Offer every area of law including immigration, litigation skills, and ethics. Programs should be available 24/7 through office and home computers. Technical support to address issues accessing the programs and administrative support to manage the subscription. Require the following: 1. Registering of ICE attorneys a password sensitive internet website. 2. Training in the use of an online database of CLE programs. 3. Sending, via email, CLE bulletins which promote online CLE programs relative to the practice areas of each user. 4. Distributing a memo or other communication announcing the availability of online CLE programs. 5. Provide links within the ICE intranet to provide access to specific types of online CLE. 6. Train the Training Division POC in the administrative use of internet website. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, but a survey to potential sources. The Department of Homeland Security is seeking sources who are capable of Continuing Legal Education online. This announcement will serve as a first step in determining if sources are available and evaluate alternative to support this effort. Responses to this announcement should include your firm's business size and state capability of providing services in. The information your firm provide should have enough information for the Government to make informed decisions. Only contractors should release a list of prime contractors that will be furnished to potential subcontractors upon request. Interested party must provide electronic submittal in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat format. Responses to this Source Notice should be attached to the eBuy Sources Notice. There will be no discussions or questions concerning this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Requlation (FAR) Part 10. All businesses capable of providing services are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a sources Sought Notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted through this Sources Sought Notice. This announcement should be contrued as a committment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a Request for Quote (RFQ) Number and the announcement will be published using the Government Point of Entry (GPE), such as Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), GSA e-Buy, etc.
