- NAICS Code: 541611 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1), intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Techsolutions,560 Plessinger Road, Warfordsburg, PA, 17267, to update and complete the MD-715 report for Fiscal Year 2007/2008 and develop an Affirmative Employment Plan. The EPA believes there is only one responsible source capable of meeting these requirements. No solicitation or Request for Quotation is available. Notwithstanding, any firm which believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a response, which if received by 4 pm on Monday, September 15, 2008, will be considered.
